Scrap Metal Collection in Oldbury , Sandwell

Yes, J&J Clearance and Gardening Ltd is an Environment Agency registered waste carrier. This is vital because it means we handle your scrap responsibly and legally. Whether it’s a small household scrap collection or a larger commercial metal clearance, we follow the strict UK duty of care regulations. We provide a Waste Transfer Note for every job, which is your proof that the metal has been disposed of at a licensed facility.

Our team handles all sorts of scrap metal removal across the West Midlands. We take ferrous metals like iron and steel, which are often found in old garden gates, boilers, or machinery. We also collect non-ferrous scrap such as copper cylinders, lead piping, brass fittings, and aluminium window frames. If it is made of metal and you no longer want it, we can clear it from your site.

Getting rid of old washing machines, dishwashers, or cookers is often a struggle, especially with the narrow access found in many Birmingham and Wolverhampton terraces. We offer efficient white goods disposal in Birmingham and Wolverhampton and throughout the city. We will pick them up from your kitchen, garden, or garage and make sure they go to a specialist recycling centre. This saves you the trouble of trying to fit a heavy appliance into a car or waiting for a council collection slot.

For businesses in Birmingham and Solihull, we provide a dependable service for clearing out warehouse racking, old office furniture frames, and decommissioned machinery. We understand that commercial premises need to stay tidy and safe to remain operational. James and the team can assess the volume of metal you have and arrange a prompt collection that fits around your business hours to minimise any disruption.

Using an unlicensed "man and van" is a significant risk. If your scrap metal is fly-tipped on a Birmingham street, you could be the one held responsible and facing a heavy fine. By choosing a local, insured specialist like J&J Clearance and Gardening Ltd, you get complete peace of mind. We are based in Birmingham and Wolverhampton and have built a reputation for being reliable. We show up as promised, load everything safely, and ensure all your metal is recycled through the proper channels.

We are committed to reducing waste. Once we have cleared the scrap from your property, it is taken to a licensed ferrous and non-ferrous recycling centre. There, the materials are sorted and processed so they can be reused in manufacturing. This approach keeps bulky metal out of landfills and helps the environment.
